Our estate is owned and operated by two best friends, Blake DeWitt and Blaz Korosec, and their wives Kiara and Bolton, who share a passion for providing couples with the gift of a beautiful wedding. Our estate is situated on 145 acres of ranch and forest, just below Lake Gladewater. The estate is filled with beautiful deer, and a creek flows behind the house, making it a picturesque location for your special day. Gladewater, Texas, has a rich music history. The estate was originally built in 1975 and has a rich history of hosting weddings over the years. The original owner’s daughter was the first to get married on the property, being the daughter of an oil tycoon and local legend Jack Phillips, and she chose Gladewater Ranch as the location for her big day. At Gladewater Ranch, we have kept the estate’s mid-70s charm and design while making necessary updates that bring joy and an experience that is candidly timeless.
